Method
- Make the Honey Thyme Mustard by mixing all the ingredients together until smooth. Taste and adjust for flavor.
- Toss the arugula with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Slice the baguette lengthwise. Spread the honey thyme mustard on both sides of the bread. Then layer turkey, brie, plum, and arugula.
- Close the baguette and gently press. Slice into individual sandwiches and wrap with parchment paper. Enjoy!
