The September Freeze: Apple Cider White Wine Frozen Cocktail

As summer transitions to Fall, I have a beautiful cocktail to do the same! My September Freeze is an apple cider white wine cocktail with notes of amaretto that delivers all of those Fall flavors but still in summery frozen cocktail form. It's a gorgeous date night drink to kick off the season.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (ex Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1/4 cup amaretto
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks optional

Method
 

  1. Add 2 cups of ice to a blender. Then pour in the apple cider, white wine, amaretto, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add more ice if needed. Pour in glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy immediately!
